Henderson's Enclave also known as the Dark Warriors to the local tribes, is the unofficial name given to the group of Enclave citizens operating out of Phoenix Military Base in Utah.

Background[]

In 2279, 2 years following the Battle of Adams Air Force Base, the remaining Enclave High Command members initiated "Operation Beehive Regent" which entailed a group of Enclave personnel, primarily from Vault 116, being sent by to Lake Mountains Military Base in Utah to establish an Enclave presence in the area and refurbish the former military base to act as a refueling station for Enclave assets travelling the area.

Lead by Lieutenant Colonel Steven Henderson, this group travelled from Fall's Edge by Vertibird across the United States to Utah Lake, Utah. Upon arrival to the location, the still-active security system was remotely disabled by a technician due to its connection to EnclaveNet allowing the group to enter unaccosted. Once within the facility and main power had been reestablished and the base had been swept for hostile entities, the civilians and scientists were allowed entry and assigned quarters while 8 months worth of supplies were unloaded to last until their next scheduled supply run in 6 months. With that the vertibirds left and Henderson's command truly began. Using the existing radio equipment, with some post-War upgrades, the group as able to listen in to broadcasts from various sources, primarily religion based programming from New Canaan from the north and fleeting cries for help from those under attack from a group later identified as Caesar's Legion from the south. Not wanting to draw attention to Enclave operations or risk any possible loss of life from engaging with such a large force, Henderson ordered his men to primarily do reconnaissance in Northern Utah and investigate these New Canaanites.
