The Windy Wasteland is a strip of land in the northernmost part of Illinois, spanning from The Quad Cities to Chicago. Chicago currently serves as an Enclave stronghold, causing problems for The Brotherhood of Steel and a splinter faction who are currently occupying the ruins of The Quad Cities.
